How Horse Records Calculates the number of horses on your location for paid membership plans

We charge your Payment Method based on the amount of 'Horse Days' that you or your business accumulates for the month against your membership plan price. 'Horse Days' are calculated by the Number of Horses on Site Per Day for Each Day in the Month divided by the Number of Days in the Month. If a Horse has been at your location for less than 75% of the month then we will not add that horse to our calculations.
