The fee is based on the monthly average number of horses located on an organisation’s worksite, such as an abattoir or feedlot. We base the number of horses at your location by average Horses days per month. If you have a Horse Owner that has a horse owner plus plan, and their horse is on your feedlot for more than 50% of the month, then they will not be charged for that horse.

Downloading and using the Horse Records App for individual horse owners or those responsible for horses is free. If Horses have 5 or more horses, than the user will have to opt into the paid version. This encourages the uptake of the app and the recording of horses.
The free Horse Records App records the movement of the horse and can display their vaccinations and other health-related statuses for the horse, but does not allow for editing or adding to the vaccination and other health status.
The free Horse Records App does not allow for Horse Rider assessments or incident reporting.
